The ML wasn't exactly decent in anyway though. He and his friends were recidencial bullies and his nickname given by the FL was monster manik. One of his female bestie was his girlfriend since childhood but he starts eyeing the FL before breaking up with his gf. He breaks up with her at the first chance he gets because he was way too attracted to the FL.

Kyy also had 3-4 proper kissing scenes and i don't think any itv serial is gonna break that record😆

Sufiyan is spineless like you say, he throws a tantrum and then expects mom and dad to solve his problems. The only hold he has over his parents is that they love him, now that Rafaqat refuses to entertain his delusions, he becomes useless. I'm loving this new version of Rafaqat, he doesn't hold back. 🤣

Shehroz has always admitted his mother matters to the point he would be with her all the time. The only time he was not with her was when he was studying, right? Then the hate on Wahab and back to being with mum. He didn’t wanted to marry but because mum wanted babies he proposes to zunaisha. This as an adult male and forget you love your mother or not, it is very limited and wrong level of thinking. A woman has feelings too and if you want to marry her at least do it for good reasons. He was willing to commit and may have been honest in the relationship but mother was first and foremost.

His absolute disregard towards other woman in his life who would be his potential wife ( lunch at home and dinner date) again points towards his unhealthy relationship with his mother. He wasn’t a naive Pakistani boy who lives in a Pind but a guy who holds offshore qualifications and has seen the world.

Goes to a party where his fiancée wants him but he wants to run to his mother who is perfectly fine at home. What was going to happen to her had he stayed back few more hours? She wasn’t dying, right?

Enter Ushna - again mum wants her to marry him and he says yes but she doesn’t but because mum wants he will do it. We were lucky Romeo is terrible but what if Ushna was genuinely in love with other? He would in my opinion still have married her, her feelings will never be over his mothers.

It’s now that he is in love and rebelled when mother said no to rukhsati but then to tell Ushna forget everything is wrong. She is human and has feelings and had he said try to find it in your heart to move on and I will make sure your coming life will be so happy you will never remember these bad things I would have thought he is mature. I would have also liked had he told his mother that what you did was wrong and although I don’t expect an apology I would like you to not say things like that again.

I agree with each and every line of this!! This is the reason i feel why people like Shehroz should not marry as they really dont deserve a life partner. He will never care about his life partner with a baggage of his mother. But then again he wants a life partner too and also wants her to create unhealthy obsession with his mother like he had caring for her all the time That is why Zunaisha's father said, he does not need a wife but a nurse for his mother which waa so true.

Yes and looks like both Rs have stopped loving them now - daddy coz he has had it and mum cos she wants to save her marriage and knows if she left with her useless son she will be doing vlogs too but given her age she may not get any views. As is her son isn’t getting any views either.

Exactly! That’s why I think majority of us here have consensual agreement where none of us will take a before or after Shehroz as he comes with Naima. He is an adult not a baby that doesn’t know right from wrong. His obsession is unhealthy and look what Naima is doing now. She is the one to blame but her son doesn’t get to go scot free either.

Z’s dad was right they wanted a maid and they have two now. And Wahab is another gossip aunty now too.

Pak dramas have this thing of villainizing well eduacted rich independent modern women like zunisha. They always shows women like her aren't ideal wife materials and are not capable of respecting others. It happened in zgh as well. Zaroon's ex fiance. He agreed to get married to her after knowing every single thing about her and then after engagement he had problem with everything she did. Even in humsafar the other girl was well educated, rich and modern but for some reasons was way too obsessed with the ML.

In all these dramas, the rich family always goes for girls that are financially and educationally beneath them. They always choose 19-20yr old girls for their sons who will be completely dependent on them. These girls will have to think twice before leaving the husbands and the husbands won't have to think twice before leaving them😡

In ASA even if we keep the love apart ushna won't be able to walk away from shehroze. She already have the stigma of being adopted, her biological mother being a 'dancer' and being a divorcee at such a young age will be like cherry on top for people to character assassinate her. Her failed marriage will always be her fault.

I have mentioned this before, it is something related to a bad experience he had with one of his initial co stars. When he was new in industry, he worked with a certain actress, he thought they have become friends, and when he met with her again in an award show, her behaiour was off. It happened to him again with male costars too ,so he realised, not everyone can be your friend,they will be cordial with you till you work with them,so do not mistook it as friendship.
