what?? ranbir is a prize?? why bcoz he belongs to kapoor khandan? If anything ranbir missed out on DP and katrina. Both of whom might be considered more popular,successful and influential than ranbir. In fact i m glad they missed out on ranbir. They both now have very loyal husbands who love them more than ranbir ever did. And i dont think he would have appreciated them enough. They lucked out or else they would hv been miserable with that guy.

I m not hating on alia. I like her. I know she is a top actress, has done good work and has been very responsible with her fame. But bottom line is when it comes to kapoor family Alia is one of them. Dp and Kat were not. Their middle class origins and non-illustrous family background got the better of them when it came to ranbir. Kapoors as everybody knows are huge snobs and status quo matters to them. Alia cannot be considered a bigger superstar than DP or katrina inspite of being top if her game right now. They have some real fandom and men actually fancy them , women want to be like them and copy they couture (i know its not the criteria for stardom but superstardom is whole different ballgame) Ranbir as we know is completely washed out and no amount of money spent on rehabilitating him is going to work.

Now as far as having a child is concerned. I think the concept of conceiving early into marriage is long gone. Ash gave birth at almost 38, 4 yrs after marriage even when she had nothing much going on. We cant judge Dp/kat on that. May be they dont want it. Also DP still has some plump projects lined up. She recently bagged Cartier. Louis vutton a few years ago. I dont think her career has diminished at all and she is 36!. Its good alia got married wish her all the happiness but i think DP and Kat are luckier.

It's really previlage to decide you want to have kids or not

Not everyone are fortunate especially most of the women....some of them might really want to be a mother and some of them are forced to have kids for different reasons....I mean in India without kids I don't think women gets the same respect as other women with kids most of the time...

So if these actress choose not to have kids then it's their choice, they need to have kids because they want to have them not because society is expecting to have them

And I barfed when you said ranbir is a catch, kapoors are the original dysfunctional family of bollywood..

Another member clarified that not Deepika but Ranbir said it for Deepika's kids. I thought it was the other way around, now there's nothing wrong in being god mother to another's kids but it doesn't look genuine coming from a person, especially for the kids of someone who has supposedly cheated on them, and whom the former has thrashed in public left right and centre about it. Like I wouldn't wanna be a godmother to my cheating ex's kids 😆

It does sound pretentious but RK honestly doesn’t sound like a ppl’s pleaser or someone who’d do something to maintain a certain image. Maybe he just randomly said that comment 🤔
