If I see incorrect information being passed out I will not stay quiet, you may have your motivation, but others who are not in the USA may believe what they read without checking. RvW and the entire thing is quite political and law driven not education or even morality driven. The SC does not make laws they interpret them and they have simply given the choice back to the individual states because that is what Americans have always wanted, less federal government interfering in their choices, the USA is no where near banning abortions and if you do not know the biggest thing a fascist society believes in is a central all controlling government one that dictates their reproduction rights. People will still be able to have as many abortions as they like, hopefully just not paid for by federal government using tax payers funds that can go into health care and education FOR: US Citizens, who vote and contribute their entire life to those funds.

Abortion remains legal or legal for now in 35 states.

Abortion is potentially illegal or soon to be illegal in 11 states.

Abortion is illegal in 5 states.

The 5 states have trigger laws, as soon as the state legislation verified the ruling the ban goes into effect. The 11 states that are probable will have vote/injunctions attached until the voters there decide. The states where is is legal, many have full term allowed, meaning a woman can opt to abort up to the time of birth, I hope those full term states will now get a fight and a push back from their voters who felt powerless to do anything since it was a federal law. Who know's! If we are lucky maybe we get your wish and more than half the states will make it illegal! Praises!

You're concerned about federal tax payers funds going into abortions whereas I'm absolutely apalled by the thought of the tax money I pay turning into blood money that funds a violent system that denies women science based health care, and controls their rights and autonomy over their own body ... all done under the watchful eye of a bunch of republo-fasict leaders. We won't see eye to eye here, and people are getting agitated for not keeping it strictly bollywood, so ciao.

This IS NOTtrue only a few states have trigger laws that will go into effect 30 days from now (providing there are no court orders etc...) 5 are automatic pre Roe vs Wade and will have no abortions unless it is due to save the mothers life...even after that most states will put it before the voters of the state to decide, which IS the only thing that has taken place: the USSC has not banned abortions all they did was not make it a federal mandate and put the decicion making back into the hands of the individual states and the people in that state as it should be. The issue was not even abortion itself, that was a resolved issue until extremists wanted to change Roe vs Wade itself and grant " "abortions" PAID for all tax payers in a barbaric meassure of "terminating the pregnancy" shortly after birth which is not abortion but sanctioned murder if a baby is born full term and is alive then is exterminated...This barbarism is what has has caused pro-life people such as my self who used to be ok with Roe vs Wade to push away from total pro-choice to NO bio-tch, you got 16 weeks to make up your mind, after that is no way, and for sure you can't kill the baby after birth! and not on tax payers money! If they are not responsible enough to use birth control or then pick a humane and as early as possible way to dispose of the pregnancy then they need to be told and held accountable. Abortion is not a form of birth control. However it is no so cut and dry to be making the statement you made, many of the states will still allow abortions all throughout pregnancy up to birth...a barbaric practice, but it is what the voters of that state have chosen. Mods will probably move this but I absolutely cannot stay quiet.

OMG!! Where do you get your information from? There is no such a thing as after birth abortion. Later term abortion (second or third trimester) by definition means the mother wanted to keep that child but cannot for medical reasons. Once again, there is absolutely no such a thing as after birth abortion!! Seriously!! Where do you get your information from?!

States with trigger laws are starting to make abortion illegal in all cases including rape, incest, and even when the mother’s life is in danger. Some are going as far as imposing criminal punishments such as 10 years in prison for anyone who has one or preforms one. Some are saying life begins at conception therefor abortions is completely banned even within the first 6 weeks. And who told you that federal tax dollars are paying for any abortions? Once again, where do you get your information from? Because you are so unbelievably wrong and out of touch with reality of what’s going on with this law.

Ohh, and Mike Pence who wants to run for president has started talking about a federal ban on abortion. Clearance Thomas put in his opinion that the court should look into gay right and marriage equality. Abortion was just the first step.

I agree there is a risk of being silenced, but that will not stop my answering you, not because what you believe matters but rather to re-afirm I am100% sure of my information. I won't be placing any data on here seeing as to how reading is ofensive to some people but anyone is welcomed to go search on their own.

I do hope the Mods look and read...who started the abortion topic within this topic...I just paused to answer and acknowledge because I have a habit and a duty of confronting erroneous information when I encounter it. Now RK has multi-pages of comments,,,but he is still blissfully uninterested...
