Na na ....that's a piece of clay. Clay does not have a definite shape...and you can mould it anyway you want.
The problem with the way Virat is written is...he is easily manipulated by people, is too dumb to understand Pakhi's intentions everytime. He is a pendulum..his actions have no consistency. Few times he reminds me of Ahem...another piece of clay. He comes across as someone who has no identity, no thought process. And they make his character weird by boundary-blurring scenes with other women. His character is open to interpretation - that is indicative of bad writing.
Rono was a brute but his characterisation was consistent throughout as far as I understand from KD watchers here. Clearly Ghum creatives did not invest enough into writing his character - they look unsure and confused. As sherry said ...there is such a huge gap between how Virat is supposed to be on paper and the way his character is written on screen - writers are all over the place.
