At no point has Sonakshi looked older than him. She looked good with shahid who looks younger than Ranbir anyway. I think he just didn’t want to work with her and made excuses.

It says 4 producers. Which obviously means the Pha se Phantom guys. Maybe the movie got shelved eventually, doen't have to be a released movie.

Ahh, OK that could be. I just assumed they were counting the initial producers and then the big production or financier etc. But yea the four phantom guys makes sense.
