What does he mean by his genre of films have become OTT friendly? He’s still getting theatrical releases, they are just flopping. Or does he mean they only work once they go on OTT?

Ayushman can not comeback. Kartik has filled the void of that outsiders janta love space as well as Varun's gulli ka lukkha space.

Ayushman's thing was already tired. Diminishing returns and what not. Plus there's nothing unique about his brand. Badhaai Do and Jayeshbhai are basically Ayushman films. So he has no advantage.

He had a surprisingly great run given everything.
