After the second attempt of suicide by her....before that her saying "tumhaare alawa muje koi choo nahi sakta..after that their conversation in the hospital made the things very clear for him. Especially that dialogue...tumhe rulana aata hai...jagada karna aata hai haq Jatana nahi aata... And her sign of sharing the bed...I think symbolically sharing the life together...

Till that time he was in like kabhi Haan kabhi naa wala situation.....

I thought since the fateful temple wedding he knew that GG loved him. Haq toh jama Raha tha tabhi se hi. Dil mein ho tum wale confession ke baad he asked "Mere bina reh paogi?" Unless and until you are sure ki samne wala pyaar karta hai why would you ask that? Next thing he says "Jana chahti ho toh jao. Lekin jahan bhi jaogi ek baar khud se puchhna ki main tumhara kuch hun ya nahi. Aur jab jawab mil jaye toh khud ba khud wapas aa jaogi." He somewhere knew that GG loved him all along.

I think he realised that Gungun loves him on his wedding day itself when she gifted him ring in temple after applying Sindhoor. (Remember how bad he felt in hospital when Gungun said ring is just a wedding gift )

Proof:

1)Anubhav definitely didn't know that GG loves him till Sangeeth event because

On the night of Sangeeth when Gungun met with accident - Golu chachu tells to Anubhav in hospital that GG loves him, Anu denies it and says that GG hates him

2)After Sangeeth they meet in temple (sindhoor wedding )

Here both look into each other's eyes and she gifts him the Ring 💍(He might have seen love in her eyes then).He is also suprised when he sees that she tries to protect him from Ranvijay when he was attacking and warns RV not to dare touch Anubhav..

3)After Sindhoor event he visits her at hospital when Ridhesh is admitted (wedding day)-There he shows her that he is wearing ring 💍 she gifted and felt very bad thinking she gave him ring just out of formality. That night they visit temple together to do pooja for Riddhesh's recovery.

Later there was Anukriti suhagr ,there he recalls scene in which Anugun doing pooja together in temple and tells to Akriti that for those who love each other every moment spent together is special for them

This implies he must have realized that she loves him on his wedding day itself...
