she is becoming so toxic.. her comment to garima today.. wasnt she against akrti and used to tell anu how GG is right and aakriti just acts.. why all of sudden she is so for her that she cannot see GG's pain

I think she sees Gungun as the other woman that is why. She sympathizes with Akriti in this regard. Even after RKC-Anu marriage she never hated or disliked GG. But when AnuGun's rendezvous was out in the open she started to despise GG.

Why do I feel she is definitely going to get hurt physically by RKC in near future. Maybe that is why they are building up Neeti as a strong supporter of Akriti.

And about her comment to Garima I can only laugh at her!🤣 Once she sees the true colours of RKC she is going to regret bigggg time!!!!😈

I don't think she is wrong in supporting Akriti. After all she is Annu's wife and a family member. Here Gungun is an outsider for her. She doesn't consider sindoor is sufficient to accept the marriage. All other rasams are also important in a marriage for her. She said it in earlier episodes.

Having said that she is very wrong in accusing and insulting Garima in today's episode. She did go overboard.

Now I'm very curious to know how she will react as her husband is openly supporting Anugun and going against BP and the family.

Yes! Yug and Ankit are true AnuGun shippers. Yug like Anu can't even tolerate RKC and doesn't mind answering her back openly! He has accused RKC for Anubhav's disappearance! Ankit being the damad doesn't meddle too much but puts his point through well enough!
