Then how can she tell later that whose child it is? She can't hide pregnancy. What is the purpose of doing secretly? She can do openly and take brownie points and stay in that house.

Anyway if she does secretly they can't show Virat helping Pakhi. Their aim is to show their chemistry or whatever it is.
