I'm not a OBGYN doctor but heres an overview
The whole issue of infertility in women includes-
1. Ovulation/ovary issues.
2. Uterine issues
3. Both.
4. Other issues like some underlying syndromes like APLA, autoimmune stuff.
Having miscarriages in first trimester in early pregnancy is actually fairly common.
In case of Sai the doctors are alleging she has issues with her uterus and her ovaries. However no clear explanation has been given for this. They say her stress is what caused her miscarriage. However stress does not cause directly lead to irreversible issues with ovaries/uterus.
Stress can cause menstrual irregularities and ovulation problems but it should NOT be permanent.
Sai is a young woman with no known medical problems. She has no reason to have ovulation issues and she has not been showing having any reason to have any uterine problems either - no prior abdominal surgeries, no history of STDs or pelvic inflmmatory disease.
If she conceived literally as soon as she had sex one time, shes clearly got no fertility problems.
And its insane that any doctor would label as her never being able to conceive after one miscarriage!
To be called infertile, a woman needs to have issues conceiving despite 1 year of unprotected sex.
If its an ovulation issue then she can get hormonal treatments and eventually even try IVF. Where essentially it is she who will be pregnant!
Most women have issues with hormonal imbalance, ovulation.
If its a uterine issue thats irreversible or a condition that causes recurrent miscarriages - then she may need to proceed with adoption/surrogacy.
Sai has no history of recurrent miscarriages, no reason to have a uterus problem so it makes NO sense to declare her infertile.
So this entire track from medical standpoint is NONSENSE
And if we somehow accept that surrogacy is the only way for Sairat to have a biogical child of their own, even then it makes NO sense for the surrogate to be pp - not just because she is vile n pathetic but also because a woman who is childless, unmarried/widowed can probably can definitely not qualify to be a surrogate- you can tell us the legal aspects of that!
