She's had some great dialogues making Abhi understand the charity hospital situations her appointment letter and him interfering at her work place.

So the writers have given her good talking points. It just they keep her mute during big khaands. When she does speak it is usually impactful I am just hoping they will give an opportunity for Akshu to speak appropriately when it is necessary. Right now the one person she needs to speak to is Abhimanyu. Then afterwards we have to see how the family is reacting. She will probably keep quiet as what is more important Neil’s state of mind, Harshvardhan's actions, and Manjari’s hurt and anger at the moment. These 3 are the most affected by this secret being revealed.
