So why won’t Harsh cut a cake for his anniversary? I mean if he could have a child with Manjari ( assuming Manjari and Harsh are Abhi’s bio parents) what’s the harm in cutting a cake.

Yes and no. If he didn't know about the kid how is he at fault? She hide the truth from him hence his shocked expression when it was revealed that Neil was his son.

Avni may have been stressed that she was pregnant but knew the affair was over and didn't have any support. If they worked at the same hospital how was she suppose to hide this child? Maybe her family found out and kicked her out? There is also a stigma of single pregnant women in society especially if she was not married. Maybe she was also concern that Manjari knew about the affair. She obviously could not stay at Birla Hospital so there may have been a concern about job and money. Maybe she was an individual that was at risk for high pregnancy complications. There are lot of reasons that could have contributed to her stress.
