like I said, countries can criticize their own majority region like India has done with PK and Kai Po Che, Pakistan has also done it with Khuda Ke Aliya (showing extremist Muslims and what they do). But the difference is releasing someone else's film.

They care about Muslims. Hence the ban.

So basically, it is history that does not matter to them because it glorifies the other side, so they dont want their nation to see it. Sometimes better not to interfere. Their country's choice.
