No. I don't get angry. I punch people only when I'm feeling elated.

Yes randomly anytime when something irritates me and something doesn't happen according to me I gets angry😆

Yes, I do.

When someone is bitter and disrespectful (not necessarily towards me only), I become angry.

But I also have learned to control my anger back. The trick is to remain calm and redirect your energy elsewhere. I'm not saying I manage this always, but I do try.

Yes. When I’m angry, I don’t yell or punch. I just simply walk away and do some pending work. I believe in silent treatment.😆
