One thing is that i felt he is only doing 60 or 70 percent of what he did there.one of the factor of his beautiful renditions was his pronounciation.I felt his hindi is not that clear.he has that language barrier here.

For some reason arunita’s team mostly being ignored by judges in giving tumne duniya hiladi despite praises from judges so no medals for her team. Then how can she get even team of the week.

Quick thoughts on last week’s episodes

* Haphazard distribution of songs is so very frustrating.

Is it so difficult to decide & maintain a format??

* Aryananda’s diction, as pointed out is cringy. Rituraj, on the other hand is coping well in this matter.
* Rituraj’s apparent pranks are not funny, esp burning a blazer with the iron; these supposed pranks are incorporated every time just so that HR can give his ‘prank-school-princi ‘ dialogue. Ok we get it, so can we cut it out pl?.😡

* Horrible editing. As pointed out, esp after Aru - Faiz & also after Pawan-Arya. Maybe they did some Arudeep comments there, & thought the better of it & cut later.

* Aru & Pawan, always always a bliss to hear them perform ❤️👌

* Pawan’s recital of ‘ mein aur meri tanhai’ made my day! ( Danish did it in Idol, and didn’t leave any impact. )

One important aspect of last Sunday

Neele neele ambar is credited to Kalyanji-Anandji since they are the composers of Kalaakar.

But the song is a straight lift of the original tamil film.
The iconic song Iniya Nila - the original number was composed by the maestro Ilayaraja & sung by the late SPB sir, one of his flagship songs.

When praise was heaped on Anandji bhai for this number, the least he could’ve done was to clarify this. No harm in praising - they are legends as well. But there is something as giving credit where it is due.

Wow! Didn't know this fact! So I just did a search and heard SPB's live performance of this. It seems to me that the composition of the Antara is where KA have completely diverged from the original. I guess they are claiming credit for that :)

Re. bold : talk about impact - I don't even remember Danish did this. When was this?

Re. Pawandeep's and Arunita's performances - truly, every week they demonstrate why they were the top 2 and not the other two.

💯 agree about aru & pawan …with due respect the other two can’t even be anywhere near.
