Coffee is fine but I can live without it.

I love chai too …. But it has to be the right color, neither too fair nor too dark, and it has to have ginger n spices brewed with the right amount of water and milk with loose leaves.

A cup of chai that’s not quite “right” goes straight into the sink. Needless to say, unless it’s a friend I already knows makes the “right” kinda chai, I turn down the offer no matter how hospitable they are and how much they insist. 😳
