2000 mein yeh law apply ho gaya tha. Kyonki use pehle jub husband ki death hoti thi to रिश्ते दार लोग widow husband ke ghar se bahar nikal dete thet और widow paas rehne ki chhat nahi hoti isliye ab husband and wife dono ki registry hona hai aisa law aaya

Lol true even if I'm girl I agree giving ur wife 50% is fine but giving ur wife ur whole property is foolish or too unrealistic act aur woh bhi emotional fool lady who sign any document without reading . Is too heavy risk. He can became kaangal very soon

So it is foolish to transfer everything in wife's name but it is normal to transfer everything in husband's name once married? Including your own self?

Hi dear.. But my opinion is little different....

which lady transfers every thing in husband's name or surrender herself to her husband..

I m a working professional , financially independent and handling my own finances.. sharing a life with my spouse, having property in joint name but maintaining our identity..

As per my opinion .. transferring property in each other name is foolish and totally uncalled for...
