This serial is not about working women vs house wife in fact . It is about husband vs wife

Aaj bhi yeh bahut ghar mein hai ki wife agar bina pooche अगर ghar ka samanlaati hai ya bahar apne friend ke saath ghumti enjoy karti to ghar wale yeh umeed rakhte hai wife jo bhi kaam kare husband se pooch kur kare uski permission ya opinion le bina

Where as agar husband apni marji se khuch bhi le aaye to husband ko generally koi nahi kahega tumne apni wife se kyon nahi poocha

Aaj bhi husband ko apne faisle lene ka right hai most of house mein but wife apna birthday bhi manana chahe to use husband se permission leni pad jaati to yeh bitter truth aaj bhi exist karta hai

Devika and mukku are not generalized as vamps. They are deemed as vamps only by baa.

I agree that kavya and rakhi are portrayed as vamp but its never because they are working, it has mainly to do with their toxic nature.

I am so disappointed with makers that they failed to give kavya or rakhi any character arc or development. I would have loved to see them as working women having different perspective from self sacrificing mahaan anupama. Then only the difference you pointed out between anupama amd several other ladies in real world who manage both work and house would have come out beautifully in contrast. But unfortunately makers made kavya and rakhi as working women but also given most vile thinking process. Thats why people dont connect with them. All respect their ability to excel in both front but they are toxic when comes to their nature. Both of them are downright mean, selfish, rude, toxic. I guess thats why anupama ki mahaanta aur jyada highlight ho jati hai.

I understand your pov but i think serial is neither working women vs homemakers nor it is husband vs wife. Its purely based on a simpleton lady like anupama making her own identity, daring to take steps for herself in middle age, starting a new journey in life inspite of being under confident, not much educated. Its the story of how such woman rises in life even when she faces protests from her own family but she never leaves them because of her love for them.

Actually in very first episode when anupama went with devika after lot of hestitation and when vanraj get angry why anupama went with devika and he get angry that anupama did not give him tea on time and ask her to get out because anupama did not give him tea exactly at 6pm

And in very first promo vanraj was taunting anupama looking much older than actual age

That is why I told this serial is about husband vs wife

And why I am saying this again this serial is about those house wife who is not financial independent but always took care what her family need without expecting anything but her care love always ignore because now see

As I have said and I am saying again that is anupama never go to mayka never went out side with friends for 25 years and always give vanraj tea exactly sharp at 6pm for 25year . When ever vanraj use to enter house anupama already ready with glass of water and run to give water to vanraj

Just because out of 25 year anupama went with devika and could not able to give vanraj tea on time just one day so toshu vanraj baa taunting anupama for that but vanraj baa toshu intentionally forget how anupama since 25year always use to give tea breakfast lunch dinner on time they only remember that thing that anupama went with devika and did not give vanraj tea exactly at 6pm but conviently forgot how anupama sincerely care for last 25years

So basically कांसेप्ट of serial is that it is always expect from wife to always seva khaatir of saas husband agar ek din wife ne kaha ki main aaj khans nahi banogi hotel se mangwalo to us time wife ki taunting shuru ho jaati है bhale hi wife 104 bukhar aajaye but khaana bana ke use husband ko dena hai yeh most of husband expect karte है wife se

So I basically talking about this bitter truth

I dont know how many of you have seen the show from start,but I have seen the episodes from Day 1,and honestly,the kind of lady Anupama was in the first episode and she is now is very different.

Yeah,some things are regressive in this serial,but she has surely become bolder and better in many ways,though there is always a scope for more.

True! I have watched this show from the beginning. That is the prime reason for me to be least interested in the nonsensical wedding events.

Char Anupama was depicted to be naive, as someone who was taken for granted, as a victim of abuse which she had assumed was the way of life. For these reasons, I willed for her to make the necessary change and move on, despite the reasons that brought to that point. If she was truly bolder than what she was shown to be on day 1, she should have turned the tables around on the abusers. Show them what she & others like her are capable of to the world.

However, it is a great let down to see her do nothing. Instead she is back to where she started, only with a little more voice that is used rarely in unnecessary situations. This is a huge let down for me.

Love stories with evil vamps, unrealistic over sacrificing FLs etc are dime a dozen, who needs another one?!

Oh,well, I love MaAn,and I am glad that Anu got her own love story with a person who will support her and empower her.

But yes,it is equally important to see her career growth....but I guess that will not happen🤪
