why is zoya casting all nepotism debut actors

Yeah she may not be from an A-List Bollywood family like the nepos but she is certainly not some rank outsider either.

That said, she was probably my favourite going by the teaser, might be good in supporting roles in the future…

Not a star kid....but she might have had better access to BW biggies than a rank newcomer/outsider....Zoya must have cast her because she must have seen some talent in her otherwise she would have no obligation to cast her unlike kids like Suhana or Agastya or Khushi.....for a talented kid...having some kind of access is a huge advantage...
