ooh, this was fun read nehaahmad; :)

I enjoyed the first one the most -- the buttons and the windowsill. I like how you incorporate silence and stillness into the stories because that is part of the dynamic between Aryan and Imlie. at least in the inital interactions, there were so many beautiful scenes like that -- I hope they continue those now because many of the scenes in the current Arylie arc, I find too loud. anyway, I digress.

I also like how you weave in appropriate quotes from different literature at the end. it is fun to see the inspiration as well as the relation to the theme of the story. reminds me of Elizabeth Gaskell. have people seen 'north and south'? if you haven't, please do!!!!! it was on zee english channel years ago. you can find it floating around the internet. it is such a lovely period series. anyway, I have read the actual book by Elizabeth Gaskell and she was a contemporary of Charles Dickens. so every chapter, she would first have a poem that would set the tone for what it is to follow. I found that an interesting writing style. anyway, your style of putting in quote at the bottom reminded me of that. :)
