Loved what you wrote. Years of nonsense was taken by manjari . because she can't oppose it . If she rebelled against him why won't he change. And the elder people made manjari adjust all these. Anand knows what Harsh is.can't he guide him not to behave bad with manjari who takes cares of all with love. Simple example they can't eat food without asking manjari. She is not a maid. Doing all that for her people happily in love. But in return what do they give her. Their tantrums and wrath. Abhi is what he is from start against his father . Abusive relationship kids become more protective of mother always and hate father's. To mark a place or love for himself Harsh has to understand where he is wrong..abhi voiced out everything and going against him..if Harsh yearns for his sons love he should change his behaviour towards manjari .instead he shouts like mad dog on Neil, ak and manjari for small things. Respect and love to be yearned won't come easily. Unless manjari stops supporting this abusive hubby in her blind love there won't be a change. Harsh feels it's between his wife and himself..but they are not fighting in bedroom. It's all outside always. I am interested now how Ak understands their equation and changes the dynamics without affecting abhira relationship. Ak is the one who wants peace and waits patiently. Abhi comes from the school of thought - you have to get your hands dirty if you have to wrestle the pig. Harsh doesn’t understand politeness. He misconstrues it as weakness and pushes the victim even more. If not for Abhi’s anger, he would already have thrown Neil out of the Birla house and probably physically abused Manjiri( if he isn’t already doing it). Abhi’s anger and point blank refusal to accept his abuse is the only thing protecting them both.
People keep chanting that Abhi’s anger is the reason behind PB’s behavior with Akshu-Manju. But it is the other way around.
Akshu is of the mind - Don’t wrestle with pigs. You both get filthy and the pig likes it. She’ll be a calming force that reins in Abhi’s anger.
Although at this point - do I even want Abhi to not berate PB? He deserves plates and jootas and chappals and much more. Not love and care and calm understanding.
I feel this is more similar to season 1 then season 2. This feels like a modern take on season 1 as Akshu has akshara vibes. But this show feels like a brand new show and I really feel we shouldn’t compare seasons. Domestic Abhira are pure love!!!! And the way they have shown their understanding and their bond, I agree that they won't get divorced. They will fight, Akshu might go home for a few weeks, but they love each other too much for anything beyond that. I really hope their relationship is like Viren-Jeevika, because that is the most non-toxic couple I have seen on ITV in recent times!

Everyone is not same to handle situations. Some are quiet and some are agressive. If abhi didn't oppose in anger manjari could have been beaten up daily by Harsh and neil was out from home long back. This is a way he opposed the egoistic bull always. Long rooted hatred filled in with the situations and unable to take what his father is doing to his mother. There is reason why people behave that way too. Harsh gets anger and riledup when he is not chosen as priority. Manju didn't tell ak to make Harsh favourite item as rasoi. His ego against ak chosing manjus favourite item. Did he ever see his wife as human being. There should be a separation for Harsh manjari so that Harsh gets what left him and he is nothing without her not his family. A housewife is treated a maid and doormat and all elders rejoice it.People have issues with abhi’s anger, but I can see why it’s needed. If it were not for his anger and his ability to stand up to these pigs, then I can’t even imagine what would have been Manjari’s and Neil’s condition in the hell house.
I completely agree with you. Now that they are together he will understand her more. Today those headphones and that shirt spoke so much about her love for him. She doesn’t express her love loudly like abhi she is all about subtle emotions. And he will see the depth nowBeautiful post, Reva! And I totally agree with you about Abhi seeing the depths of Akshu's love language. Now that they are living together and married, Akshu will express her love constantly in the smallest ways, and Abhi will start to see it more and more! She is so subtle and silent with her love, but her love is so overwhelmingly deep at the same time. And I think it is so beautiful. It is the essence of who she is!
