if that the case even if aryan accepts baby family will not accept it. term of pregnancy is 9 months,and it will her first trimester she was 1. jumping from mandap,2.fighting with goons,3. jumping off balcony.4.climbing balcony(didi sucide stunt).(am i forgetting something)

My take on tbe new promo is :
May be BM and Jo will first try to make Imlie look bad in Narmada's eyes that because of her, Aryan got shot. Later they will further manipulate Rathore family by showing that Imlie doesnt care for Aryan and she is being extra close to him. Imlie could actually be pregnant with Aryan's child but Jo and BM will try to create a rift by manipulating ASR's report thereby creating a doubt in his mind. ASR will be hurt. Jo and BM may try to malign Imlie in front of Rathores also by openly accusing Imlie about the father of the child. ASR will openly support Imlie despite being hurt to uphold her honor in front of family. Thereby showing his trust on Imlie. This may lead to confession scene from Imlie and she will tell him that he is only the father of the child. Arylie will then jointly figure out about the fake report and expose the villains.
Sorry for the long rant. But the promo is driving me with all kinds of crazy options.

Besides AKT was her past and ASR is her present and future this relation will be build on pure love and trust, which is a much stronger bond then any physical bond, I think if explored correctly this can turn to a great love story
In future track in case AKT comes and claims for the child because as theysay sach surah Ki tarah hora hai "truth is like sun"
Then I'm lie will always choose ASR over AKT,
In this route the makers drag the story very long with bringing many twist and turn in the story.
With this simple third angle and b grade villains neither they are able to create any misunderstanding nor any TRP.

don’t think that is likely to happen because the date you mentioned, Imlie and Adi were already divorced, Imlie had pretty much moved on from Adi and was starting to unconsciously develop feelings for Aryan and Adi was still married to Malini that time. If anything happened between them in that episode, then everything Malini and Anu accused Imlie would come true and it would butcher Imlie beyond redemption and she would actually become the “other woman”. And if Imlie is pregnant with Adi, then she wouldn’t be happy like in the promo.

So far, the makers have been showing parallels between Adilie and Arylie and how Aryan is reacting to each situation differently. With Adi exit, don’t know for how long makers are going to keep showing parallels. Currently the show is like, Adi never existed.

though I want Aryan to tell Imlie about his test results and assume that her results are false, asks her to test again,.. then when her pregnancy tests come back positive again, Aryan gets himself tested with another doctor and find out there is no problem with him. Then he confronts the doctor and the doctor tells him he was paid by a woman to lie. Imlie assumes it is BM and BD and tells Aryan about what happened at their wedding. So maybe BM and BD will be exposed while Jyothi will continued to be trusted.

but it is very unlikely to happen because I guess it is going the angst and TRP way. Aryan might misunderstand or stop communicating with Imlie. Imlie remembering how BM and BD are planning to kick Arpita and Narmada out of the house and take Aryan’s money, will assume BM and BD are behind this. So, she might stay back at R house to protect them with constant taunts from R family with just Sunder as support and Imlie believing and confiding in Jyothi🤷🏻‍♀️

p.s don’t think the pregnancy track is going to last/ go till delivery because FK in an interview said that he wasn’t ready to play an on screen father and based on the story development of Arylie, there is so much left to show before they move to baby tracks.

As far as future track goes I doubt Aryan's trust in her will shake. But he might become emotionally distant while trying to figure out how this happened.
