Exactly! You might be willing to compromise on some aspects but you don't completely change yourself. Those relationships where one person completely let of their own self doesn't work out well.

I have seen this happen to many couples around me.

We are all truly unique here and so are you, not having earrings or anything else will never make us different. Better or worse.

I did the wedding ring, mangalsutra, sindoor, bindi and a lot more jhing bang for a while before establishing that it was not me. @ bold: I so agree what we are not we should not even bother to change. It doesn't end well. As I wrote to Hero_c yesterday when she posted the Sagar video that I never wore my hair longer than my chin, my mil wanted me to grow my hair for the wedding so I tried respecting her. But then I looked at the mirror after my wedding and saw a completely different person. Then straight went to the parlor and chopped it. In the video call, she was surprised and I snapped. This is me mom - please, don't try to change me.

Bilkul sahi baat bola .. Love is accepting that person wholeheartedly, the good and the bad. ... If you start changing that person or try to change yourself, then disaster is around the corner ... With time, you grow with that person and they say after certain years the couple starts to look similar ...
