Ohh yesss!! I understand health is veeerrryy important. I now understand how my body reacts to food and also to my mindset. I'm glad it didn't take me much time to prioritise my health over the scale , like it was something which I already knew but sometimes your brain just gets clouded by people's opinions and judgements. When I just got fed up of these comments , I was like Eff you all , "you people just getting jEaLoUs of me and my booby-bootyful body🤣🤣"
My dad put a icecream in my mouth and was like "all you need to worry about is your blood , hormones and braincells , no matter what you eat and drink just make sure that these three are in a balanced state" .....and second lockdown dropped😎
Yes yes!!! I listened in one of his old interviews , probably 6 or 7 years back , he is a very body positive person and preaches health over anything else. But he needs to give a snap from the gym , that's not fair , he needs to inspire me in new ways now😆
