I stayed two months in the hostel during initial days of college , that was my first time staying outside home. I didn't like the food and we were allowed to go out only once a week that too for one hour as we were freshers. I went from 58 to 49🤡 and my haemoglobin count fell to 8.0 points which is so low. My dad visited me after a month gap and was shocked to see me like that in real and boom he got me a flat outside college so that I can have good food and started staying with me , he stays for 3 or 4 days with me and rest of the week with mom. Now I cook whatever food I want and eat healthy.
Since then I started to have issues with my haemoglobin count , this caused breathing issues cuz of less oxygen intakei would feel drowsy everytime , low of energy and sleeping most of the time. Also I missed my period for 4 monthslost half of my hair😔
It's Covid break that fixed my health , hair and brain , eating veggies and protein everyday , my mom used to give me 8 to 10 meals🤣 I shoot from 49 to 55 but didn't change my diet and went to 65😆.
I was fit and fine with a cute pooch I grow fat in my pooch area , tummy has always been flat. But as if all the mess with my body wasn't enough that I was body shamed for the weight fluctuations😵 and that's when I got so conscious with my body , until then weight and all were like a medical stuff for me but now things came to calories and inches😭 , I developed eating disorder , would eat one day and fast the other or sometimes just keep eating! Things were more worse cuz I love food , but started to hate it.
The drastic changes in my body during short time only led to constant comments on my body by aunties and friends. I was staying back alone at home for college before another lockdown was announced and used to get so stressed about food and weight but would end up binge eating.
It's just the past 8 months that I've got back control over my health and also over the body shamers😡 , but it's pathetic that I still remember all my numbers and calorie intake of past two years lol , the effect still exists. And these shamers....saaaleee.. patli hai to itni patli...moti hai to moti hai , theek thaak lago toh "wah bada maintain kar rahi ho" 🤬
