So what if Emraan Hashmi plays a bookie in his film Jannat , and so what if he did the jig with those wonderful cheerleaders that so many politicians have a problem with? Emraan, apparently, is just acting! Yes, the guy isn't particularly fond of cricket, and hadn't even attended one cricket match till the IPL happened.

It, of course, must've been loads of money that must've got Emraan to the stadium. So, the game of bat-and-ball doesn't get him going, and he'd rather bat his eyelashes and bowl pretty ladies over on-screen, any day! When we met him last, he told us, "People have been asking me on which team to bet just because I play a bookie in my next film. Honestly, I wouldn't know. I don't dig cricket!"

The actor prefers 'scoring' for the big screen is it? "If you're referring to my kisses on the big screen, if it's working let it!" But whatever happened to the 'I won't kiss onscreen' announcement just before he was to tie the knot? Long forgotten? "I never said I would kiss kisses goodbye," says the witty Emraan.
