Try Jawaan Jaaneman with Saif. She has only a small part, but she's the best part of the movieđ. Movie itself is rather silly.
Loved the scene!
The only movie that I have watched many times over just for a performance is Jab We Met.
I have done that as well!
Tabu was great in this movie đđź
I think I get what you're saying. And although I don't have quite the same opinion, I do think what you said is valid and also very intellectual and goes against the grain - so it was a pleasure to readOriginally posted by: NathuPyare
Tabu is a good actor but i feel an aura of gloominess or sombreness in her personality that reflects in all the characters she plays. I mean yes that may be a part of her personality that seeps through all her character portrayals but i would like to see a unhinged light-hearted goofy or funny tabu without an aura of seriousness.
I'm not sure if I'm able to convey correctly what I'm trying to say đł
That aura that Tabu has is what every actress tries desperately to emulate, she has it naturally... also, the "sombreness" is partly (hugely) due to her face being her face... what's she supposed to do...

I haven't watched the movie in a while but I would say that every single actor hit it out of the park including the newbie at the time, Pooja Batra. I remember watching and re-watching this song just for the cinematography.
Pooja Bhatra was gorgeous!

Yes I know what you mean... I said something similar awhile ago when a bold and (attempted) sensual song of hers was being discussed here
Think it was from a South movie
She's was not bad but didn't suit her "She's all about pathos"

She brought out the innocence, clean-hearted nature, and naivety of a village bell so well. I don't think anyone after she has done it as well. Thoughts?

No one in BW maybe but those who have seen the original say that actress was much better and other performers too were better in the original esp the hero
Even here I feel her naivete and innocence little forced
I love that song payalaya chunchun, but I never watched this movie. Because Thevarmagan is my favourite Kamal Hassan movie, I know that nobody can do better than Kamal Hassan .
Reminder that Dhurandhar is still in theaters https://x.com/i/status/2018778078340886650 Also landed at 1 for non Eng releases...
Has anyone watched Alanna Panday's The tribe produced by Karan Johar? Poor tv like Bollywood wives
