Something came to my mind out of the blue.

What if Varun is related to Ram, and both are not aware of it only MS knows. And the same way Krish is related or knows Varun and not meeting Ram and family infront of his presence...

Just a thought that came to my mind as MS mentioned Ram must not know that someone like you (Varun) exists.

I thought the same after the BTS of Varun rolling out of the car, but I think he is not the driver, but some accountant (as mentioned in his CV) Kumar and VK took along with them to Alibaug to check some accounts that weren’t in order due to Babbar stealing funds. I will think more on this line and update the story,
