So in this version, they have taken basic premise of the story till the first marriage track and then have spun their own story.

AFAIK, Malayalam version is the one that copies exactly from the OG.

I also heard Bengali and Kannada versions copied exactly but both had to be shut down in 2020 during pandemic when the country was under lockdown and nothing was allowed.
Telugu and Marathi versions have deviated from the OG like the Hindi version.

Compared to Malayalam Shiva Raavi, hindi has the best actors...i just dont feel that chemistry btwn the couple

I watched bengali version . In bengali version rishita characters joined hand with Anita to destroy the family. But with raavi fashion designing idea they won the competition against rishita and anita. Devta characters in that version went against family to open a club. Ofcouse mastermind was janu characters. Due to covid it was shut down.

When rishita found about her father plan she was guilty and later helped her family against janu.
