I know but she tried to get shivi married to Sid even after her engagement with akki😆
I think there is more to it than what meets the eye.
Shashi send vedika knowing ram won't refuse, nandini pushing shivi to never tell ram about akki. Nandini's constant support towards babbar even after bankruptcy! It's not all that simple.

I was thinking the exact same thing. When the dining table wala scene happens and Nandini reprimands Ram in the guise of reprimanding Shivi watch Shubham. It seems like he was waiting for a signal from Nandini to jump into the fray . His dialogues seem forced not an emotional outburst. Shivina wants to be the center of attention so what she says does not have any other undertones but Shubhu jumps in with pre knowledge that he has to create this kind of situation and mahool that Ram is put under emotional duress. I think nandini always wanted shubham and shivi to have that land, that's why the push towards Sid!
Shubham got in business with him and she tried to get shivi married to him, bcz the land matter was not clear then.
Now since they have legal claim on the land they pushed Sid out and got akki in, bcz she don't need babbars anymore also ram now knows that babbers were involved so she will cut all ties with the babbers to be good in Ram's eyes.🤔
But definitely, shubham is also involved maybe a small role while shivina is the main catalyst!

So your saying that shivina doesn't have any implications related to land.
What if champagne and wine are not ram and Krish but truth or family?
What if it implied the impending REAL choice for Ram. To go after the truth lead by Krish or to remain blissfully ingnorant with his family by his side🤔
Edited: a thought just came, on Friday Krish asked if Priya will be able to leave the investigation knowing it's a murder if Ram is not comfortable and priya says will respect Ram's choice.
What is its the ultimate question of following ram on his decision or following Krish on his investigation?
