It was so painful to watch Ram like that I mostly forwarded the scene đ
Join the club of people who skipped the dining table scene. No wonder there was no mention of the hand folding scene cut on the forum. đ

That hand folding was disgusting to watchđ¤ŽđĄ
We fold hands to god parents & grandparents not to others even if they are siblings

It wasn't there in the episode, we only saw it in the BTS. For once, I'm not complaining about something getting cut!
the actor seems to be complete opposite of neeraj in real life đalways see him commenting nice things on others cast pic đ he is like the cheerleader cheering for everyone đOn an unrelated note canât stand the actor who plays Neeraj. Maybe in real life he may be an awesome person but to me not just the character of Neeraj but the actor himself gives very ick vibes. đ
Saw the episode again on tv and I could enjoy it much more this time.
Irony of the destiny that we are getting to see two parallels, one side Priya was kidnapped and without caring for her own life, she's willing to sacrifice her safety for Ram and on the other side, his own family Shivi and Shubhu for their futile, selfish reason don't want to pursue this.
By going ahead with the investigation, Priya is going to give the much deserved closure to Ram. She'll give the dignity and respect Ram deserves in the family.
Can we predict the Kapoors going bankrupt in the future? Something Shubhu said when Neeraj came.
Also, some of the dialogues didn't seem to be dubbed by Ram, his voice was different in some parts.

Noticed the same for Nakuul dialogues, have also felt the same in the previous episodes too.
I'm stuck on the Mr. & Mrs Kapoor from Bandra ever since the motel episode. Jab se they started using that, I've had a feeling that there is an address change for them đ. Don't really care about the rest of the K clan!

Why is everyone sad about RaYa babies not hugging today or Pri not physically comforting him today..
I don't know how to explain and this is solely my personal opinion and interpretation that , not every situation requires hug and physical comfort, sometimes u just need ur own space, u need privacy even if it's mother-daughter or husband-wife relationship..
Had Ram escaped kidnapping, or had it been an accident Pri would have run and hugged him..
But this is a case of severe insult, and a person would need space after it..
Even if he doesn't have ego issues , fact of the matter is that an embarrassing tamasha was made before his wife and in-laws.
His wife and her family saw the lowest of the low level people in his family can stoop to. He was so anxious when Priya was trying to stop Shubhu, he did not want any altercation ..
Like remember the scene where Mahendra/Monster Sood verbally abused Pri in cafe and Ram saw her breaking down, he did not go and hold her hand or hug her not because he doesn't care but he knew Pri would not be able to handle that kind of confrontation , instead he did what is right , go and show MS his place..
This is exactly what Pri is trying to do.. Ram was in a pathetic situation, hiding his tears from Pri and trying to avoid confrontation and Pri gave him space and now she will do what is right , fix these brats..
There r some times in life when u don't want to be touched .. Like if u get that one loving touch u will melt and have a severe breakdown and u don't have that energy to suffer the breakdown..
I honestly was not looking forward for a hug , or physical assurance . Had Pri as much as even lovingly touched Ram's hand today , he would had a very bad and severe breakdown.
Instead Pri will slowly gradually take baby steps and help Ram acknowledge that yes he is hurt by their actions and it is not right to succumb to their whims and fancies .
Ram was so badly hurt today that even when Pri screamed of pain when he held her hands, he could not sense it. He needed privacy today and Pri needed some time too ,to plan the next course of action balancing her emotions simultaneously .
She will help him face his inner demons. Help him break his delusion that " sab achhe hai , sab kuch theek hai"
This false hope is what kept him going in life , this delusion was his lifeline rope he held on to so strongly all these years , so it cannot be snatched away in a single day, it can be so injurious to his mental health
This is the most sensitive area of Ram's life and Pri will take it slowly and rightfully.
I love, love what you've said here.
Earlier I had said this:
I agree there should have been a physical touch but I wouldn't say it didn't happen because of awkwardness. Trying to understand Priya's POV, I think she gave him the space sometimes people need to process a situation.
Priya is practical, she isn't emotional.
The way you put it by giving examples makes it clear for those who can't understand Priya.
Thank you đ
I remember reading this story. So who is the wolf in sheepâs clothing here?
Unpopular opinion: I think it's Vedika.
Reason: in thriller the least suspected person turns out to be the main vilain or missing piece of the puzzle. đ¤Ł
THIS. This is the reason I LOVE Pri. â¤ď¸ â¤ď¸ â¤ď¸
"Aap ki izzat iss ghar mein sabko karni hogi, har ek ko. Aur main vada karti hoon, ki kal se aap ka dil dukhane ka haq kisi ko nehin hoga."
@Tirchi, Doc: Please watch the episode. Do NOT skip it.
YES! I now understand Ram didn't need the touch, the hug, Ram needs the place in the family that he deserves. The respect and dignity he never had. Priya toh Priya haiâ¤ď¸
Kudos to the writer for this dialogue, kudos to Disha for the way she acted.
My favourite part in the episode!
