The positives of recent tracks

The current track/episodes are in no match to the initial 100episodes of Arylie. If the initial ones were like a gentle refreshing brook running through lushy greens, the current ones are like those oasis in the desert where we get to enjoy occasionally. Inspite of that, I am glad that the makers are trying to bring in some positivity, though in selected episodes. Listing down some of them.

First and foremost, the way they have been trying to impart some social messages w.r.to some stigmas in the society, I believe we need to appreciate them for the same. The way they equated Imlie's craze for the Tripatis to the old Sati days and why she needs to be brought out of it, the way none of the rukawats during the pheras were highlighted as some apsakun, the way they verbalised it through Imlie that widows and black cats crossing your way are not the reasons for your misfortune....these all deserves a round of applause, because I personally have seen this happening Infront of my eyes, especially the last part. I hope this will help atleast some of the viewers to think and rectify similar stands.

Secondly, I am glad to see Imlie's perspective changed w.r.to Aryan. And how the creatives brought that sudden change with just getting Aryan into an accident. Imlie is still not happy with Aryan for the forced marriage part. But, the accident has helped her to taker the blinders off, so that she no more feels that Aryan is a rakshas. The way she was frustratingly ranting in front of the 3ladies, on how he left her midway and went rash driving with his lambigadi is an indication on how much she's frustrated with his revenge thing which is causing his destruction, thus hinting to the viewers the depth of how much she cares for him. I am glad that this change happened, because throughout the Shaadi track Imlie's insensitivity to Aryan's pain or actions is what made that track boring. 😏

Thirdly, bringing in a friend for lmlie and that too someone from her own village. I hope he is a positive character brought in to help Imlie realising who exactly is Aryan to her.

Finally, though I am bored with this roz roz ki kitchen politics & tricks by the BM-BD combo and don't understand why TRP viewers enjoy such things, I hope the makers might get the results they have aimed for with this cliche things. Especially because, here they've shown Imlie failing all their plans in the same day, unlike the Malini phase where Imlie used to fail continuously.

Feel free to add more if any of you have noticed additional positive vibes/messages.😊

Well how i see it, arylie equation was disturbed with forced shadi track... All the angst and fights looked contrived and disconnected (me) from arylie for a while.

However the post wedding episodes are surprisingly better where they've managed to re establish the previous equation with little progress as well.

It's a slow burn and patience is the key, but it's keeping me hooked for now.

Yes, patience is the key for any ITV show and now with the news of Malini returning, I hope we will get back to our old aura of pleasant & powerful episodes. 😊

Beautiful way of putting things . Yes, the first 100 episodes are by far the best. I keep going to them once in a while to enjoy how slowly they began to trust and be each others support system...

The positives in current track - they are talking about his revenge, how to work it out in small steps and Imlie taking the initiative else he will burn down others and himself. She is a positive person, problem solver and very confident about her abilities..so absolutely want to see some progress in her professional and academic side.

Imlie taking babysteps in realizing her love for Aryan is my impetus to watch these days. The AKT WW campaign, Chatur Aryan is actually a dumbass prove karo campaign, Imlie winning a fecking beauty pageant because of yet another bhaashan after throwing a water on the chest of a bunch of contestants to stop their facial khujli..........

Positives -- no staring contest as they fall in love. 😂

While staring contest is cheesy and can be weirdly entertaining, ultimately, such love stories often feel half-baked. It does not have the right strength. Here, the falling in love is precipitated by two people who for whatever reason cut through all the noise and reach the pain, the tears. And they are fighting against letting each other into their life in a realistic way. The dynamic is changing but it isn't something either enjoy in some ways.

I also like that we have moments of acting where there is no dialogue, just acting and music to convey expressions. ITV is often loud and there is huge dramatic music where they freeze on everyone's expression. It can be both funny as well as super dramatic. Here, they are allowing for quieter moments - this requires strong acting skills and the actors have the chops for it. So it is good the CVs are using the skills of their team.

Lighting is great and there are interesting frames that happen -- makes it rather poetic.

Bold - I too would love to see it. But since TRP is the villain here, and TRP audience like dramatic/OTT scenes, I am not so sure of whether the makers will take this route. Especially now that Aryan's characterisation too matters to the viewers.

Yeah...right. That was a main point I missed, especially since we don't get to see such things in ITV.

I can sense how much frustrated you're, especially with today's episode. Logic ko bolo bye bye is the important funda to follow when you watch an ITV show. Always keep that in mind. 🤣
