I also felt the same. While Ram is fearing that Priya had a crush on Krish, it could be that Krish had/has a crush on Priya. I also think he knows Priya is married to Ram and chose the bakery for the meeting for certain purpose. I feel there is some purpose to his introduction rather than just investigating Ram's dad's case out of curiosity!

Also, it just hit me how can Ram think Priya had a crush on Krish when supposedly Priya was with Neeraj during college?
