So, in American judicial system, if a case goes for a trial instead of settlement, there are 12 jurors presided by 1 judge… and the result is 1/2 in favour and 1/2 against the alleged convict… …

so being a felon via trail takes 13.5 points… this called a felon’s tattoo/ mug too
