Well I have a feeling.

This Meety pushing away Meetwa is being made too obvious. For now this is wrapped up in comedy.

However, at a later date, in the heat of their argument maybe Meetwa will bring out all his pent up frustration and say that she does not consider him her husband. She doing things against his will and not listening to him may add up to it.

This could be some kind of scene like how in the dhoby ghat, Meety accused him of not considering her his wife.

And it will hit her hard.

Aisa laga during night scene that he will go out, later on they will talk why there is a diff bw them but then again they ended it as comedy.. Let's see aage kya hota hai!
