The way makers shows Abhi's connection with Akshara, I feel it's just one way. Akshara actually never prioritize Abhi like her family.

Abhi stood by Akshara from the day one from their love journey. Akshara only a couple of times just been with him as a support system.

I really liked today's one scene when Akshara honestly confessed she doesn't deserve Abhi's love. Abhi's fear of loosing her is valid as even I feel that another blow from her family in this relationship and she will leave Abhi without a second thought.

I really wish makers should now focus on making Akshara's character strong and set priorities in her life. Also at least reciprocate Abhi's unconditional love and care.

Such a strong leads story shouldn't just lost in shit concepts like Anisha, Aarohi and Manjiri. Hope makers are reading our frustration and work on this part.

But my guess is that.

Nobody appreciated akshara from the beginning. Nobody made her feel special be it goenkas or arohi.

When abhi entered he appreciated her for her simplicity and her voice.

He saved her from goons and was present in all the places whenever she needed him. Be it panic attacks or goons or her falls.

He never did a show off infront of her that he is the one who saved her from her panic attack.

He supported akshu infront of arohi when arohi made a statement that akshu is very simple and not ambitious.

She never got a courage to sing infront of crowd but abhi motivated her to sing infront of crowd standing on stage.

He never judged her for the way she speaks be it methidhana talks or gharelu doctor talks where as arohi would have made her feel worthless if she would have made those statements infront of her.

He showered/appreciated her for whatever she gave to him. Never complained that she should change herself. Where as entire goenka wanted her to change.

1. Arohi wanted her to leave house/abhi.

2. Kairav asked her to leave udaipur.

3. Manish asked her to leave abhi.

Where as abhi asked her to accept what she wants in life and go for it. He might have tried to force her in the beginning to bring her out of her shell but eventually he realized that's not what she wants and he accepted his fate of marrying arohi that's why he did not took akshu's call on the day of marriage.

I think that's what akshu liked about abhi 😊

Also just after watching this scene

Abhimanyu also shares same thoughts like akshara. Helping people in need. Like they donated grains to needy. He loves neil irrespective of their blood like how akshu loves aru. So all these small details are enough to make her fall in love 😊

I feel the reason is different characterizations of Abhimanyu and Akshara.

Abhimanyu likes everyone in his home except Harsh but is more close to his maa. Before Akshara entered his life, his mom was his world. After Akshara entered his life, he made Akshara his world too. This man is like he will literally do chand taare todna for his Akshara. He will shout in front of the entire world that he loves Akshara so much and can't leave without her. His love is passionate and obsessive.

Akshara loves Abhimanyu too but she's not as passionate, obsessive and expressive like Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu annoyed his own family to give Akshara her separate music therapy department but Akshara will make sure everyone is happy with her step to make Abhimanyu happy. She too can do chand taare tod laana for Abhi but first she'll make sure all are ok with her decision. 😆She's not impulsive as Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu doesn't think about others feelings before doing something for the 2 women in his life but Akshara does make sure she doesn't hurt others before doing anything for him. The only time she didn't think about others is when Abhimanyu kinda threatened her of committing suicide if she doesn't turn up in the garden. Abhimanyu has to go to that extreme level of force to make Akshara think of only him and not others which won't be right thing to do in every situation.

I agree with you! However I haven’t watched the show entirely only watching and skipping to Harshad’s scenes. Imo this is one of his worst in terms of writing, the couple is so flimsy and the way they fell in love was very fast and had no depth whatsoever (IMO) and on top of that it’s always Abhi who is doing crazy things in love his entire character has changed but hers hasn’t and she hasn’t been reciprocating it, it’s frustrating and that’s why I don’t think I root for them, I just care for Abhi
