but it will be so symbolically awesome if its vedika and ram leaves her there and goes with an umbrella after telling her that she is no longer someone he ever wants to see or heard from.

Reversal of the first scene where vedika leaves with umbrella leaving ram behind after demanding something from him and he obliges.

Could be the business rival as well. But ram in the umbrella indicates that it's related to Priya.

If it's the business rival then i think it will connected to Priya somehow, which will make ram angry and he goes there to warn person off. That's why he is angry, he doesn't want anyone coming between him and priya anymore.

See there is a BTS where ram is talking to that business rival and he is pissed off, like" who are you? What are you doing here? I don't know you?!!"

And that person replies him with an answer that doesn't sit right with ram.

Maybe that business rival is an old college friend of priya making a re-entry in her life. And ram is not liking his presence.

Few weeks ago people were demanding a male entry from priya's past when vedika was intolerable, maybe it's happening now🤷

Pri definitely owes explanations on this coverup to Ram, his friends who love him, to her mum who is still fasting in the name of a murderer and above all to the law of the land which she has clearly broken (did not disclose when specifically questioned by the Police).

One insensitive refusal to explain doesnt cancel the other.

Bet it is not the third angle. It could be related to Nandini's past. Ram is also protective about Nandini at present.

After MS kaand, its about Nandini being exposed as per the Holi songs

If Vedika and Shashi are removed from the tracks, who else can expose Nandini. It can only be a third person? This guy is going to create issues in Shikki's marriage.

Missed an important scene/dialogue in my take. Nandini telling about Ram’s philosophy of considering everyone as good hearted saving V from the consequences… How Ram will react when he comes to know about betrayal of people whom considers as close, how his life’s philosophy has proven wrong even among the people he trusted, it is going be earth shattering for him, he would need Priya’s support much more then. Also I wonder whether it will turn the tables, Priya has already started seeing the good in life, will this betrayal make Ram cynical?

It will be so cliched if this guy is introduced as 3rd angle. I like my version of him being from Nandini’s past much better.

You could be right, Ram might be meeting V for one last time to warn her after coming to know of her hand in revealing about MS to the family.

Its just a guess maybe someone from the past who holds feelings for Priya but priya doesn't.

See tirchi and doodle keep saying that there is chance of Priya getting kidnapped and ram saving her.

This business rival can be that person.
