In general i told re. As doctor we give utmost respect to that person. But here it's all ulta her character. If she is shown like a girl sitting at home idle and plotting after Ak its more horrible. I usually understand Aru but today I felt like slapping her through the screen honestly🙄, which doctor manhandles a poor kid for God's sake? He is an immature, ill, young boy and this topper is being so rude to him for no reason? Theek hai usne kuch keh diya, but bhai you are a doctor, you are supposed to act with maturity and calmness, not just start yelling at your patientssmiley11

And Dusri baat she has the audacity to say that Akshu doesn't remember her mother when she literally witnessed Kaishu crying over Naira's diary🤣. Yaar, apni shaadi mein tou she didn't even glance at her mother or her father and now she has an issue with Akshu remembering her own mother at her wedding celebrations, that's seriously pathetic😕
