Imlie's open distaste is costing her credibility in a very sublimal way. And today was the start of it. Even if his love remians unhinged, he's a human afterall. And emotionally vulnerable to her. So her words of hate will somehow effect him. Today I felt like it's the start of that track. He unknowingly expects any sirphiri harkat from her.

I hear what you’re saying with the crying wolf. But I have to disagree here. There has always been a clear distinction between when she does something just to one up Aryan and when she doesn’t. During their Haldi and when they arrived at Rathore mansion after their fake wedding, Imlie had all the opportunities to wreck havoc in retaliation against Aryan. But she didn’t make use of them solely out of consideration for Narmada aunty and Arpi didi, much to Aryan’s confusion. In the scene where he asked her why she didn’t return tit for tat, she told him that she considers Narmada aunty and Arpi didi her own and therefore, will not hurt them simply out of her spite for him. So Aryan very clearly knows that Imlie would never intentionally set out to do anything to make them look bad.

And yet she's doing the exact thing tomorrow at the reception party

And also that if he's not suspicious about the attacks maybe because he thinks she did that. In her attempt to avoid the marriage.

She was running. We thought she'll come back for Arpita and Narmada. But no. She came back because meethi forced her to. So with a person like imlie. You never know. she can flip any moment just like she did with her mom except if Ts are involved 🤷🏻‍♀️

It is about the makers convenience. Internal angst and problems can only make so much of a storyline without an external catalyst pushing them closer. That would be BM. Her track (hopefully) won't be too long.

It’s one of the things that upset me in today’s episode. The way Aryan immediately assumed that Imlie was trying to ruin things for his mom (seriously?) while she was losing consciousness. He knows full well that no matter what she has against him, Imlie would never ever do anything to upset Narmada aunty or Arpi didi, let alone ruin anything for them or make them look bad in front of anyone. Really, I expected better from Aryan here.

I think it was more of him thinking she is losing sight of Narmada's wishes in her attempt to get back at him. I mean he wasn't wrong... in today's epi she did exactly that. She in her attempt to get back at Aryan literally hurt Arpi and Narmada
