But why should they get arrested? The sons don't have a case! I mean legally speaking. It;s open and shut. Kanwal left a very clear will in his full senses as confirmed by the lawyer. Swaran and Ajeet are adults. The only way they can be troubled is by moral policing and falling in the eyes of people. I don't understand the grounds on which they can be arrested!

LOL legal cases are always dubious on ITV....but then again, in real life also people do all kinds of ugly things for property disputes and can try to dispute even a valid will by claiming coercion. They are using the ambiguity of the circumstances of Bedi Saab's death to sow doubt and claim that the death was sabotage so the will is also in question.
