You didn't go off tangent at all..I too could not help myself for thinking and listening to this song..

while Anupama is about 90s song somehow I am more in love with such golden era songs.. lyrics are so meaningful... bet people for antakshari and everyone recalls old songs only, that's there magic.

Scene: After Anu's wedding anouncement in grand style, Anu & Anuj are in Udaipur.

The lack of continuity in the show has prompted me to write this. What if…

The taxi breaks down few feet from a tourist attraction. They both get off , Anuj makes work related phone calls and asks for the meeting to be postponed/cancelled. He apologizes and offers to have a video conf instead and promises to visit personally sometime soon.🤔

Anu & Anuj walk hand in hand and reach a beautiful lake overlooking a palace. ❤️There are a lot of visitors buzzling around. They look at each other and he understands that she isn’t comfortable around the crowd.

They navigate their way around and find a shaded spot by the lake around the gift shops, where they choose to sit to catch the breathtaking view of the palace.

“kahin dur… din dhal jaaye…. sanjh ki dulhan … “ playing in one of the shops is faintly heard. Anuj chuckles…😊

Anu: kyun hass rahe hai?

Anuj: shakes his head, holds her hands to trace his fingers on her palm and says – “sanjh ki dulhan….” tumhari tarah😳❤️ and continues...

Anu! ye tumhare liye doosri shadi hai, par mere liye…… I don’t know how you feel about this😲

Anu: Sach batao toh, bahut ajeeb lagta hai. Shah parivaar se mera naatha hamesa rahega, mere bacchon ki wajah se. Mr.Shah se mera koi rishta nahi hai, par woh mere bachchon ke pita hamesha rahenge.

Anuj: I can understand. 🤔

Pata hai Anu.... mujhe ab bhi yakeen nahi hota hai, ke ye shadi…. I mean, I still cannot believe … woh bhi tumse, jisse mein itne saalon se beintehaa pyaar ….❤️❤️

Anu: She turns around his hands and begins to trace her fingers on his palm like he did …. and says “ jaanti hoon.😳 Issiliye mujhe darr lagta hai ki mein aapko itna pyaar de paaongi…. ? kya mein aapke pyar ke kabil hoon ya nahi, …. mujhe darr hai….😒

Anuj: Grabs her hands and brings it to his lips…😳❤️

Anu: stops abruptly, and asks “aap mujhe itna pyaar kyun karte hai?”

Anuj: shrugs and says… pyaar cheez hi aisi hai jiska jawaab shabdon mein nahi de sakta, ye kaisa hota hai, kyun hota hai…. inn sawalon ka jawab….

Anu: she pushes further ...."phir bhi… batayie ne… aapko mein kyun achchi lagti hoon?”😳

Anuj: I like your simplicity, your presence of mind, woh masoomiyat, tumhari himmat, ….. you know your ‘can do’ attitude…… everything, everything that makes you “you”🤗❤️

He stops and says… “promise me…. tum waada karo ki mein tumhare saath rahoon na rahoon…. “

Anu tightens her grip in his hands and leans on his shoulders….

Anuj continues… “tum aage badogi, apna pehchaa, naam..….…” bends down to meet her eyes and see her eyes have welled up.

Anuj: holds her chin and turns her face to meet his gaze… hey…kya hua?

Anu: kuch nahi.... ..aapko pata hai mein aap se kyun prem karti hoon?😳

Anuj smiles signaling her to continue

Anu: aap mujhe zinda hone ka ehsaas....

Anuj interrupts her midsentence, comes close and kisses her lips oblivious of buzz around them😉😳❤️

Just whipped up something to break from boredom. Kahin door jab din.... was playing in my car stereo today, so used it in this piece. 😊 btw, I have no clue of the tourist spots, just imagined something.

They say that - it is not how good the other person is, but how you feel in their presence. Anu's self confidence was killed by her ex, while Anuj makes her feel valued.

I wish they are able to express how they feel about taking a big step like marriage at this point in their lives.
