My 2 cents

As Priya said kachra left KM before time....and now that she knows the truth...she will bring the truth out in front of everyone especially Vedika. The truth that Ram has moved on with Priya.

Vedika affair :

Priya proves her complete trust on Ram

MS accident :

Ram will again prove his trust on Priya

Thursday episode. She was looking for the gift and Ram said he sent it early. Pri said it was not the time for the garbage to be taken.

After the holika dahan, when Ram gave her the saree gift again

Because she feels, somewhere inside, knows that he was honest, what she felt from him - honestly, with this hope, a loving woman gave herself into the hands of her man

She trusts him and her instincts… the eternal conflict between the heart and the mind… she just knows he cannot do it… and would not give up on him… this is love… knows no rationale just that weird gut feel…when the heart does not give up

Hope they capture this beautifully… Not shallow like the accident
