I think they felt it. Rewatch the mehandi episode when both enter for the cermony. eyes fixed on each other, flashbacks of the cheek-cheek holi, their looks were different. Its feeling, not yearning, but not normal either..Both were lost in thoughts.

Actually that scene could be taken both ways. Its shocking for her that Aryan could cross a physical line with her and make a intimate moment without her permission. For Aryan, I had to do that to express what I feel for you and Imlie has the right to feel loved and all the emotions.
