Balli wale track mein toh mujhe sirf Faizi ko important role play karte dekhna tha,woh bhi nahi diya inhone😒ab iss track mein interest nahi raha, kuch alag, interesting sa aaya toh continue karungi.

Nahi. Karan did see him getting shot. He was guiding the kids outside and he heard the gunshots. He looked up, and he saw his brother getting shot and falling. (That's what I got from the scene. Dobara dekha nahi, par jitna yaad hai, mere hisaab se yeh tha.)

Mujhe bhi yeh hi lagta hai. Shayad Charu use maarna chahti hai, info ke baad. Already, wo use bilkul pasand nahi karti. Shayad yeh log yeh pretend kar lein ki Karan ko ek attack mein maar diya, aur real aur Balli dono ko maarne ka plan karein.

Cadets ko naa involve karna makes complete sense to me. Yeh already ek bahut high profile mission tha. Monami ko isliye involve kiya kyunki use already Balli ke baare mein pata chal gaya tha.
Also, agar yeh log academy ke itne logon ko yeh bata dein ki yeh Karan nahi hai, toh kisi ke muh se galti se nikalne ke chance bhi badh jaate hain. Jaise Sanju ke muh se galti se nikal gaya tha ki unke paas ek mission hai and Karan ki jaan khatre mein hai, aur Monami ne sun liya tha.
I doubt even Monami knows each detail of the mission. Use, I think, yeh bhi kal hi pata chala tha, ki inke paas koi sleeper cells waali pen drive hai.
Baaki cadets ko, par, phir bhi involve karenge, according to upcoming BTS. Shayad jab zaroorat padegi, sirf tabh hi karenge, rather than just telling everyone.

Arey, Balli ka POV matlab, sirf uske thoughts aur wo sab bataana. Naa Sanju ke thoughts bataana, naa Monami ke.

Sirf actions se audience ko yeh bataana ki Monami-Sanju-Faizi ko iska behaviour ajeeb laga.

Jaise yeh Sanju ke thoughts bataa rahe the, waise nahi. Basically, audience ko subtle clues dena ki inko shaq hai, par itna obvious nahi karna, toh sab ko first glance mein lage, ki kisi ko koi shaq nahi. Phir, uske baad, reveal karein ki they were suspicious all along, and iss suspicion ko justify karne ke liye, wo flashbacks dikhaaye.

Like, say, Monami-Sanju having a conversation about this, and they show in flashback ki Monami is rummaging around his room, and trying to find some clue. Yaa Sanju is following him around the academy. Yaa weird cheezen jo inhone notice kari.

Uska logic mashallah tha. Kehta gaon mein murgi pakadta tha, yahan par Monami naam ki murgi ko pakadna hai, isliye Mur-nami.

Finally there is some clue about Param may be they will show it in flashback that they didn't get his body as blast happened but this charu gang saved him for confidential info.

Not sure ki wo Param ko kitna iss mission ki backstory mein involved dikhayenge. Jab bhi iski backstory ke baare mein baat kari, sirf Karan ka naam aaya tha. "Karan ne destroy kara", "Karan Shergill ne humaara plan kharaab kara". If Param was involved, toh Karan bhi mention karta.
Aur agar Karan was the major person in doing this, toh Param ko kidnap karke, wo usse Karan ko blackmail karte, rather than keeping him there all the time.
It's not exactly a secret that Karan-Param were very close and jaise wo abhi Monami ke naam par Karan ko taunt kar rahe hain, waise hi Param ke naam par bhi taunt kar sakte the.
Aur even better (from their POV) ki Param ko Karan ke saamne torture karein and he would vomit everything he knows.

Pata nahi Param ko zinda show karenge ya nahi. They did talk a lot about Param in this track.
Bhabhi-Monami conversation, his barsi, Param ke baare mein nightmare, Karan keeping all his things.

Par aisa bhi lagta hai ki Param ko zinda show karke, kahin yeh Karan ka character mess up naa kar dein. Jaise Monami ke character ka basis uski Mom being an army doctor tha, aur Walnut's overbearing nature; Sanju ke character ka basis uska struggle to be a special agent tha, waise hi Karan ki life, behaviour aur character ka ek bahut zyaada important part Param ki shaheedi tha, and his trauma, pain and guilt regarding it.
Pehle episode se uska yeh basis dikhaaya tha. Toh showing him alive... not sure.
Par at the same time, it could give him a kind of crisis. Karan ab apne bhai ke bina jeena seekh gaya tha, aur ab unke aane ke baad, he'll be lost, and unsure of what was happening in his life. Iss baat ka guilt hoga ki itne saal uska bhai torture hota raha, aur usne kuchh kara bhi nahi. Toh, waisa arc dikhaa sakte hain, shayad? Not sure.

Apart from Param, aur kaun ho sakta hai? Hai toh ladka...
My overactive imagination just thought of this scenario- wo insaan Faizi ke father hain, who went MIA on a mission, and is presumed dead. Jab use wo milte hain, he's half-insane from all the torture, and Faizi bahut emotional hota hai, yeh sab dekhkar. And Koel use comfort karti hai. Koel-Faizi ka next track.

Param is not the lead. It's a supporting character as far as I m wondering. Regarding the character showing up I feel it was already planned. Makers were showing lots of hints that his bro is not dead.

Kaveri ke article mei monami ki mom ka past mentioned kiya tha. So I hope they show her as she was a notable army officer.
