But ya only saving grace in the movie is Akki ..

They the trailer when I went for Kashmir Files. It kinda looked good. I was shocked that Akshay actually took the trouble to change his look and body language. 😲

Bachchhan Pandey has surprised on the first day with collections pushing upto the 13-13.50 crore nett range. Obviously the film was expected to do better but that was before the wave of The Kashmir Files and no way did it look like getting to this number when advance plans opened earlier this week. The collections look around 13 crore nett on the collections of major cities but it is a holiday for Holi and mass markets may push the collections towards 14 crore nett in the morning. These numbers also mean that it was an easy 20 crore nett plus day if The Kashmir Files had not come out of the blue

The film is second choice to The Kashmir Files but that is the luck of the draw and Bachchhan Pandey has done well on the day to get this number up. The advance was no competition against The Kashmir Files but it has put up a better fight on the day. It is weird saying Bachchhan Pandey has put up a fight against The Kashmir Files when actually it should be the other way around but that it is how it has fallen in the last week or so.

BOI trying their best to degrade BP and push Kashmir files . I think there is no need to put one movie down to push other movie. Both movies are of different genres.. they can write an article stating statistics.. not need to spill negativity ... BP is just a commerical movie unlike Kasmir files, which is a good movie..
