Abhi's radar only works for Akshu, so I still think it was because she hit her head & they made it more dramatic to build suspense. In terms of the birth mom equation & Manjari going to meet her, I also wrote this as a joke...but somehow I don't think (even if it is true), this will be revealed until way later. I don't think we can blame Akshu for lying to Abhi. She did not tell him, because she knew there would be drama again, knowing the equation between him and Aarohi. She wanted to tell him, but instead, chose to suffer alone to maintain the peace. Her heart was literally breaking and she was being pulled in 2 directions, with both people upset with her. There is no way she is going to hide the possibility of the accident from Abhi once she puts 2 and 2 together....

Also, did Abhi confide in Akshu as to what happened before the tilak & that Harsh was not going to come? Did he confide that Harsh was running through the streets drunk and almost got electrocuted?

They both have their own reasons, but ultimately, they have not started completely confiding in each other, because the bottom line is that they don't want to hurt each other. This is not a movie where all issues will be resolved in 1 hour or in 1 episode. It takes time... not just in this show, but also in reality to build that kind of deep and open relationship. Abhira have both seen such huge character development and relationship development since the beginning of the show, so we just need to let them go through this process.
