the story was good but I didn't like the ending. nikhil did everything for riya but then in the end he didnt care about her. how does it make sense? also the person who poisoned riya was meant to be a friend
dhananjay he shouldnt have broken the law to give __ punishment years ago maybe ___ wouldn't be a demon/ repeat offender if dhananjay didn't wrong him
*SPOILERS AHEAD*
Agreed, the show was brilliant, cannot wait for Season 2!
That's the thing - Nikhil knew that saving Ria to the detriment of the other 3 people would imply being selfish/letting his 'dark side' take over, which is exactly what Shubh wanted. Nikhil literally tried planning perfect crimes and killed people for the sake of Naina and Ria, his family, to Shubh's delight because that's what the latter wanted to prove - that everyone is essentially an 'asur'. The supposed friend who poisoned Ria herself satisfied Shubh's convinction by probably accepting some bribe to poison Ria.
Which is the opposite of what Nikhil and DJ did. Both busted what Shubh expected by sacrificing themselves for others. That is why Lolark laughs at Shubh (or that minion from his cult, idk?) because things didn't happen as per his philosophy.
@bold Maybe, yes. Staying in prison only gave Shubh triggers and space to let his philosophy translate into actions :/ I still feel like his traumatic childhood would have led him to do horrible stuff in the future though
