8 years of no Hits from SRK.

Pathan is going to release on 25th January, 2023. By the time this film releases, it would be 8 years since SRK hasn't given a Hit film.

His last Hit movie was Happy New Year which released in 2014 and was a Super-Hit at the box office. After that he did these films:

Dilwale: Semi-Hit

Fan: Flop

Dear Zindagi: Semi-Hit

Raees: Semi-Hit

Jab Harry Met Sejal: Flop

Zero: Disaster

We don't know if Pathan would be a Hit either so it could be a longer wait.

Has any Superstar in Bollywood history had a gap of no Hit films for 8 years? I remember Akshay not giving a Hit between Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi (1996) and Andaaz (2003), but that's still 7 year gap. SRK has beaten that record.

deepika srk jodi has never failed yet so I am expecting a hit with pathan

He may get a hit with Pathan thanks to Deepu mata.

Else he can move to OTT with his OTT acting

Isn't Pathan part of the Tiger Cinematic Universe? It might work if that's the case.

I wish pathan is a hit. Otherwise he needs to transition into character roles
