My guess is he will see the colour and might also know it was Sai. Paki might be dreaming about applying colour to Virat first as now he is not on talking terms with Sai and probably will get a shock seeing the colour already on him. This will definitely push her resolve to separate them even more .

I am also positive that Sai will stop Pakhi now. She used to give him up around Pakhi. But now, she will not. This might be the reason why V might melt, seeing Sai's changed behavior around him, claiming him with full rights.
