Simple hain, Faizi and Monami are too close to Karan also someone jinka Dil dimaag pe havy ho jata hain when comes to people who are close to them, so they ignore those things. Also they have witness some moments where Karan behaves little different.

Sanju is not that type and she hasn't witness that moments of Karan much where he acted differently, also she isn't too close to Karan at personal level issliye she is pondering more over Karan/Balli's weird behaviour than Monu/Faizi.

Sanju ko shaq ho raha hai par I doubt wo kuchh karegi. Lag toh nahi raha.

I mean... I can see why Monami can't figure it out... Maine aur Shraddha ne lamba chaude post daale the, about why Faizi-Monami not having any shaq makes sense.

And maine yeh bhi bola tha ki mostly when we recognize people, we trust our eyes the most, then our ears and then touch or smell. Feeling aani alag baat hai, because it's more of an intuition but thinking ki koi alag insaan hi hai, wo thoda absurd hai.

Faizi's response to Sanju's claim was totally realistic. Isn't it too far-fetched to think that there could be someone who looks and sounds exactly like Karan and is in the academy, pretending to be him while the real Karan is kidnapped and somewhere else?

I don't get why people are expecting Monami to know Karan just by touching him. I really don't find that realistic. I mean, I have never been with anyone, but this really doesn't seem realistic that you would claim that a person who looks and sounds exactly like Karan would be someone else, even if said person is acting weird.

Karan acted hella weird in front of Monami when he was going through his 'Jealous Shergill' phase. He said things jo Karan normally nahi kehta, did things jo wo normally nahi karta, and Monami wondered what the hell is wrong with him. Tab agar yeh aise investigate karti aur kehti ki yeh Karan nahi hai toh log kehte kitni paagal hai, easily conclusions par jump kar leti hai.
Just because hume yeh baat pata hai ki it's not Karan and it's actually, Balli, humaare liye yeh bolna easy hai ki Monami is stupid and dumb and not actually in love to figure out it isn't Karan.

Don't people get confused between identical twins and that's when they KNOW there is a duplicate person that looks exactly like that one and they are likely, more careful or maybe, even made some sort of mark that tells them the difference?

Sanju's suspicion is more on a hunch than actual concrete facts. No evidence on the sight isn't that big of a deal because Karan said it was a small accident, and he didn't have anything more than a bruise to his forehead. No scratch on the jeep is, again, the same case, not a big deal, for the same reasons.
I am no car expert but if you fall forward and hit your head on the steering wheel due to an abrupt stop, rather than actually hitting something, there won't be any evidence of such, would there?

Slipping on the rope can easily be passed as a result of Karan's injury and disorientation from the accident. Him yelling at Sanju, again, could be passed off as stress. Him washing the car and him using his left hand was probably the strangest things, but again, they aren't that big of evidences. She isn't using her brain, she is following her gut feeling.

It's perfectly realistic to show that Faizi-Monami aren't thinking that Karan is someone else! Monami does find Karan's behavior weird, but as I said before, jumping to the conclusion that someone isn't Karan is just absurd, if you think about it realistic.

Do I wish Monami or Faizi were the one who had the most suspicion? Yes. Because I love KarMi and KarZi. Do I think it's unrealistic? No.
